While we may not offer large-scale enterprise solutions, we aim to provide practical, reliable service—and we’re always happy to assist with basic support across most IT areas. If a need is outside our scope, we’ll do our best to point you in the right direction.
We offer flexible support through service calls, email, or phone—whenever and however you need it. While drop-in visits during standard business hours (9 AM to 5 PM) are generally limited due to other commitments, we’re always happy to arrange appointments outside these times to better accommodate you.
Our service area covers all of Fort St. John, and we are happy to travel beyond city limits. Please note that travel outside the city limits incurs a fee of $25 per hour to cover travel time.

Some problems can be fixed remotely or by a simple phone call, but for those that can’t be, JKIT Services will visit your home at no additional cost.
However, there is a one hour service minimum for home and business visits.
